Race Entry Giveaway

Last year I participated in the Gold Rush 5k run and placed 1st female and 2nd overall! It was my very first overall win, and I will never forget that race!

This year’s event is going to be held October 8th just two weeks after I run my second marathon. I plan to run it causally and for fun. Not only is there a 5k, but a 10k race, and a 10 miler all held in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Foothills in Placerville, CA. For some it might be a bit of a drive, but totally worth the experience.

The event is put on by INALLIANCE, a non-profit that is committed to providing services that contribute to the independence of adults with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injury. Services focus on job placement, employment training and the facilitation of supports necessary for integrated employment and community living.

Because I have worked closely with the INALLIANCE team over the years, the race director of the Gold Rush Run is allowing me to giveaway one free entry to either the 5k, 10k or 10 mile race.
